Directions
1.Place the cuff on the upper arm, about 1 inch above the bend of the elbow. Ensure the artery mark (usually indicated by a small arrow or label on the cuff) is aligned with the brachial artery (located on the inner part of the arm near the elbow). 2.The cuff should be snug but not tight. Make sure the cuff is at heart level, and that there are no folds or wrinkles in the fabric that could interfere with an accurate reading.
