STEAM Life RC Walking T-Rex Dinosaur Toy, Lights and Roar, Kids 3-8
4 sold in last 24 hours
- WALKS, ROARS AND LIGHTS UP - This is not a dinosaur that just rolls forward. Press the remote and the T-Rex strides on articulated legs with a heavy, deliberate gait, tail swinging to counterbalance each step. Press again and it plants itself, throws its head back and roars while its jaws open wide and color-changing LEDs flood the tongue and eyes. Every button produces an immediate, unmistakable reaction, which is exactly what holds a small child's attention.
- EASY AT THREE, STILL FUN AT EIGHT - Most remote-control toys are outgrown within a couple of weeks because they only do one thing. A three-year-old can work this one unaided - no reading, no pairing, no tiny switches - and simply enjoys making a dinosaur move on command, which is exactly how cause-and-effect thinking gets built. Older children take over the steering, thread it between chair legs, time races and invent rules. One toy, five years of play, none of it on a screen.
- THE PRESENT THEY OPEN FIRST - Dinosaurs are the reliable win for a child aged 3 to 8, and this one has presence: it is big enough to feel like an event when the box comes open, and it performs the moment the batteries go in. It suits a birthday, a Christmas or holiday gift, an Easter basket, a party prize or a well-done reward, and it needs no assembly - so grandparents, aunts and uncles buying at a distance can be confident it will work straight away.
- PLAYS ANYWHERE THERE IS FLOOR - Walks on carpet, hardwood, tile, laminate and low-pile rugs, indoors or out on a smooth patio, so it moves from bedroom to living room to grandparents' house without fuss. It gives children a reason to be down on the floor rather than curled around a tablet, and it slots straight into the dinosaur collection they already own - standing up convincingly next to figures, play mats, prehistoric playsets and toy volcanoes for longer imaginative scenes.
- SAFETY-TESTED AND READY TO PLAY - Molded from durable non-toxic plastic with rounded edges and a weighted stance that resists tipping, and made to meet the ASTM F963 toy safety standard for children aged 3 and over. In the box: one remote-control T-Rex, one remote control and an instruction sheet, in retail-ready packaging with no assembly required. Runs on 5 AA batteries, which are not included - fit them before wrapping if it is a gift. Adult supervision recommended.
